This Privacy Policy explains how Adam Forbes ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with this website (the "Site"). This Site is a personal professional website used to share commercial insurance commentary and to allow prospective clients to reach out for a conversation. This Site is not the official website of IMA Financial Group, and this Policy governs the Site only.

  • Meeting scheduling information. The "Book a Meeting" link routes to Microsoft Bookings, which is operated by Microsoft under my IMA Financial Group work account. Any information you submit there is handled by Microsoft under its own terms and by IMA Financial Group under its own policies.

Like most websites, my hosting provider may log basic technical information when you visit -- for example, your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This information is used for security, performance, and troubleshooting.
